When sending a bulk PM to users using the usergroups option, it's not notifying them within the forums nor sending an email that they've received a PM. It is sending the actual PM, but there's no way for them to know it's there unless they happen to go into their "My Messages" location.

Hi @meibukan76,
it notifies them via in-forum notification system (bell).
It doesn't send email notification if you send emails by usergroups. This is disabled to avoid spamming and hosting email server issues.
The email notification only works if you direct PMs to one or more users.

Ok, the bell notification is not included as well.
The only notification is the PM top-right popup notification.
Other notification types requires lots of databases and email server resources, so we cannot use them from thousands of users at once.
