The four addons i purchased
Order #49405 was placed on September 21, 2025
Expired and disabled. Every annual plugin ive ever dealt with automatically renewed or at least sent an invoice.
What's the deal ?

Thank you for contacting us.
Our addon licenses are yearly licenses for future updates and premium support. They do not renew automatically, so when the 365-day license period expires, the license status changes to expired and the addon can no longer receive new updates or license-protected support until the license is renewed.
Please note that the expiration does not mean that you lose the addon you purchased. According to our License Agreement, you can continue using the version you already have for an unlimited time. Renewal is required when you want to receive future addon updates and continue with the current license benefits.

Regarding automatic renewal, our licenses are not set up as automatic recurring subscriptions, so there is no automatic renewal charge or invoice generated as part of an automatic renewal process.
You can renew your expired licenses from your gVectors account. If you need any assistance with the renewal, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.
