Hello,
Last Friday, I purchased the wpForo bundle via the WordPress admin dashboard. I received the invoice, but I still do not have access to the add-ons—neither via email nor within the WordPress admin area. When I attempt to activate my licenses, I receive the following message: "No licenses found for this transaction."
What is the problem?
