Invoice missing supplier Tax ID – No response from support

Hello,

I have already contacted you by email regarding this matter, but I have not received a response.

We recently purchased three wpForo add-ons and received Invoice No. 50786.

However, the invoice only shows the supplier name “gVectors Team” and an address in Wyoming, USA. It does not include:

• The supplier’s full legal company name
• A VAT number
• An EIN / Federal Tax ID
• Any other official company registration or tax identification number

Our accounting department cannot register gVectors as a supplier or accept the invoice without an official tax identification number clearly shown on the invoice.

We have already contacted gVectors by email but have not received a response.

Could a member of the support team please help us and issue a corrected invoice containing:

1. The full legal company name
2. The registered company address
3. The company’s EIN, Federal Tax ID, official registration number, or another valid tax identifier

We understand that a US company may not have a European VAT number. In that case, we need the official US tax or company registration number to appear on the revised invoice.

Please let us know where we should send the invoice and company details privately. We do not want to publish sensitive tax information in the public forum.
