Massive performance issues because of private messages.

In what world is this "Premium Support". When we buy these add ons, we are supposed to get premium support with questions answered within 24 hours. But it is rarely the case on this forum! 

This is one of the reason why I have not renewed my 12 add ons for Wpforo! The support here is no where near premium. We should not have to wait this long for answers to questions about the plugins in my opinion.

What’s included in Premium Support

For all our pro/paid plugins we provide a premium level support with a time period according to the purchased license. The premium level support includes following:

  • Answering questions about purchased gVectors product on our support forum. We attach Premium importance to questions on pro/paid versions of our products, we try to answer them within 12-24 hours on days."

And: "gVectors Support staff works from 6am to 6pm (GMT+0)"

So why is it so hard to get answers to questions and why does it take days to resolve issues. I am sorry to say, it simply isnt good enough.

I am sorry to rant, but it is frustrating when you need help with something and have to wait so long for replies. Most of the time, the plugins work fine, so we don't even need support. But when it is needed, it is frustrating when we have to wait so long for replies.
