When we input the post we want the comment to be redirected to we get a red notice to "add a post". What is the solution?

Hi,
Please record a short video showing the issue and provide the direct URL of the post.
Also, could you please provide your order number? Your account doesn't have the [Customer] label.

@astgh Ok, but before I do that could you just explain to me what post info should be entered into the 'move' info box - should it be the URL, post id or something else?

You should enter the post name. Once you type a few letters, you'll see a list of suggested posts, and all you need to do is choose the correct one.

@astgh Ah - in that case it seems to be broken. No suggested list pops up, and even when we add the full post name it still just asks us to enter text.
I'll give you the customer number on Monday

Please check for any console errors. You can do this by pressing F12 to open the developer tools, then navigating to the Console tab.
