HI @roberto,
You can give access to attachments to the Users Based on their Forum Accesses and Usergroup.
Go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forums Accesses, Edit One of the Forum Accesses and Check
- Can attach file
- Can view attached files
Go to Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups, Edit one of the Usergroups and check
- Front - Can access to attachments

thanks, i saw, but isn't there some add-on that allows the user to automatically go to the top level without the administrator giving the new access?
