Hi

I've bought a number of Add-ons. We host on WP Engine so activated and tested on the Staging Site.

Even if I deactivate the plugins on the Staging site I cannot add/activate the licence on the live site. What do I need to do?

Please never activate add-ons on test websites. These plugins should only be activated if WordPress is located in WEB under a real domain name. 

Please provide us the order number we'll reset it and you'll be able to activate it again.
