A  fter the first comments worked correctly, the reCAPTCHA has not worked since yesterday. The message "Captcha code is wrong" appears above the comment field (fades out automatically after a few seconds).

I have already checked server and private key and inserted new ones by copy&paste. No change.

Please help me quickly, because currently no comments are stored ... Thanks!

Hey there, any reaction to this failure? Other threats are younger and answered. How do you work? FiFo - Lifo? I switched back to the default captcha without the addon but thats not the target by buying an addon. Please respond to that error!

@horst-v,

Please leave some example URL to allow us to check the issue.

Please respond to that error!

sure we don't have such issues on our test website. Simply, we were checking your issue on test websites, before getting you back.

@horst-v,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > General admin page, enable the "Use WordPress native AJAX functions" option, delete all caches, then press CTRL+F5 (twice) on the frontend and check again.

Hi @Astghik,

thanks for your response!

Changed settings, cleared cache (server + client), reloaded page ... same behavior.

Any other idea?

I am also facing the same issue and it doesn't seem to work. @astghik have you managed to reproduce the issue?

@sunny, @horst-v,

It seems thre is a server configuration issue, or something wrong in the .htaccess file. Could you please check it.

If everithing correct but the issue still exist, please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation, to find the problem maker one.

Please don't forget to delete all caches and press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
