A user brought this to my attention, but when writing a reply in wpForo Private Messages, line spacing on carriage returns doesn't seem to work once the reply has been posted.
While typing, it looks fine. But when the reply is sent, there is no spacing for new paragraphs, so it all looks like one block.
I've confirmed this on my end while typing through Firefox browser.
