Where do you change the Online status timeout value? I don't see anything in the addons tab.

This is a built-in wpForo option. It can be found in the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Members Tab. More info here: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/wpforo-settings/members-settings/#options
