Thank you for your purchase. Please read again the wpForo Embeds addon description, it's designed to allow you to embed 3rd party content like YouTube, SoundCloud, Twitter and dozens of others: https://gvectors.com/product/wpforo-embeds/
wpForo Embeds addon is not designed for local file uploading, it's an addon to embed other video, audio and content providers by putting their URLs in post content. You can put a YouTube video URL in a post, save it and check.
For local video, audio and other file attachments you should check out the wpForo Advanced Attachments addon: https://gvectors.com/product/wpforo-advanced-attachments/
