First of all, please update the MySQL version, it should be 5.6 or greater. More info here: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/wpforo-installation/server-requirements/
Then navigate to the Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, make sure the "GD and Image Functions", "PHP imagick extension" are Available. If not please ask the hosting support to enable those.

The server parameters are not enough to rotate the images with big resolutions. You should ask them to change the parameters so that to the images with big resolutions may be rotated correctly.
