Hi there. Since a few days ago, I can't upload docx files (and I always could). I dont have problems with other file extensions. I get Unknown error message. Here I attach a screenshot about the problem and the debug message.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @germen,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Addons > Attachments admin page and make sure the extentions are included in the "Accepted File Types" option.

BTW, could you please provide your order number? Your account doesn't have [customer] label.

Hi there.

The docx extension it's included. In fact, we had no problems uploading those kinds of files until a few days ago. Checking the WP Error Log i see these 2 logs

  • [17-Oct-2020 21:12:53 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in **/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 197
  • [17-Oct-2020 16:51:47 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in ***/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2103

As I am the webmaster, not the owner I dont have the customer label. You can check the license. It's related to portaldelescritor.com . If it's 100% necessary I can ask for the forum credentials.

Cheers!
