If they are registered user why I don't see profile links. The usernames of registered users should be link. Have you made any change in WP profile system? Please leave a least of all activate plugins.

Ok, all is correct, if user doesn't have a post his username is not a link.

Please check the settings and make sure you've enabled all rating badges and titles:

Yes I have done that. I turned off the wp label. That checkbox is above the one you posted.
