Hi, I bought the media plugin, I would like to ask about somethings:
1- How can I allow to users send audio? I did not see the option like the record
2- what is the best size for image and video?

Hi @iacademyap,
there is not a separate button for Audio. Once you've installed the wpDiscuz Media Uploader addon, the file attachment button will be able to attach any type of file you want. And it'll display audio files with audio players if the file format meets to the HTML Audio Player formats:

@tomson thanks for your reply, you meant the user can not make a live record like "WhatsApp"?

I'm sorry but not. This addon is not a "Voice messaging" addon, this is a file uploading and file attachment addon. You can upload and attach any type of files, video, audio, images, documents, but this doesn't allow speaking and attach.
The "Voice Commenting" is under active development. You'll be able to buy it and add audio recording and posting as a voice comment in by the end of this month. Probably in 1-2 weeks. This will be a separate addon and this has no any relation to Media Uploader addon.

I think there is no best size. We prefer max 350px width for images, the height should not be set, it should be auto. For the videos you can set 480px width and 300px height/
