Try to upload image with the Media Uploader extension. But it doesn't upload the image. In the JS console it shows a 403 error on /admin-ajax.php

@measureschool,

Please delete all caches and delete website optimizer/minifier plugin caches.

Then disable security plugins for testing purpose. Probably there is some security plugin, that doesn't allow using WordPress AJAX system.
