Profile Tab Manager settings not applying.

When disabling tabs from Profile Tab Manager they still appear on the user profile page and within the User Profile & Notifications widget.

Changing the order dose work, so the settings are being somewhat updated.

Enabling tabs, currently not present on user profile page, dose not work as well.
