There are some custom information field in my WordPress User Profile and I would like to ask if I can add those fields to the "Wpforo User Fields Manager" which is similar to the field with light blue background (default fields).

I'd suggest you create those via the custom fields addon and fill the data via the addon.
If you want to convert those fields in the wpForo User Custom Fields add-on, please contact us via sales[at]gvectors.com email address. The developers will assess the work and create it for you.
