Is there any way to Embed Audio Recorder in Editor , by which my client could send there Voices as a comment or attachment

There is a way to attach audio-records, not embed. The right addon for audio files is wpForo Advanced Attachment not wpForo Embeds. You can attach Audio Files, these files will be displayed with HTML5 Player. This player supports MP3, Wav, and Ogg files.
