I've written in the past, however there seems to be some confusion on your part.
When I downloaded Advanced Attachments, I did so as a guest (no registration). Later when I downloaded Private Messages, I did register for an account, therefore Private Messages is listed as an official purchase but not Advanced Attachments. Somehow this is creating a problem, because I cannot update the AddOn (see attachments).
I asked for the Activation Key for Advanced Attachments, but kept getting sent the one for Private Messages. I already have that one. How can we resolve this?
