i use wpforo attachments.
when i select a photo it is not uploaded. it doesn't end up in my media. nothing happens, no upload. Nothing.

We see the js error on your website (see the screenshot below). Once you solve this error everything should work fine.
BTW, we don't see the customer label. Could you please provide us your order ID?
