This is from a user. She is not the only one with the problem.
"When I visit the forum on my iPhone - I can't see any images in the forum posts or in the pop-ups. I tried turning off the pop-up blocker in the settings for my browser (Safari) but this did not resolve the problem."

I wanted to add more info - the user says it is only the uploaded pics that won't display.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Addons > Attachments admin page, disable the "Secure Attachment URLs" option, delete all caches and check again.
@astghik when I navigate to "attachments" it takes me to the media library page.
If I click "forum attachments" on the left menu, I get the same screen.
To be clear, I reach this screen by clicking "attachments" on left menu.
I see no admin screen??
