This is a serverside issue. You should contact your hosting support and let them know that you're not allowed to upload files more than 500 KB in AJAX request. Once they solve this, the addon will work fine.

@astghik is not server issue, is WP issue with Imagemagick, and gives this error

Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.

With installing the GD module today problem was fixed
