Hello, I can't click on the text mode to add the ad code.. It only stays on visual.. Any suggestions? Thank you.

It means there are JavaScript errors in your dashboard. These errors comes from other plugins or fro the theme. Please disable all plugins, press Ctrl+F5 and check it again.
