Can anyone recommend a template builder for making banners? I'd rather not reinvent the wheel if there's a good solution out there somewhere.

I built a banner using Canva but when I insert it into ad manager using "add media", the image gets automatically reduced in size so that it's tiny. Am I missing something?

@kevin-fisher,

Could you please leave some example URL? Probably this is just a CSS conflict.

@kevin-fisher,

The issue comes from the image you're using. The resolution of the image is not good. It has 300px as a width value. Even if you change the width and set a greater value, you'll get the issue. The image will be not clear․

I may suggest you use another image with a better resolution.

@astghik yes, I can see the problem but I still need help figuring out what to do about it. The resolution is a separate question from the one I originally asked. How do I make banners that are the right size? Assuming I am using high resolution images, can you recommend a template system for making banners?

Thank you

the other part of the original question is why the banner is so tiny, seems like there's a trick to uploading that I don't understand

@kevin-fisher,

The banner will take the width of the image you're uploading. If the image has 400px width the banner's width will be 400px.

As far as the image has 300px with the banner also has a 300px width. Of course, we can provide you a CSS code that will change the size, but in this case, the image will not be clear.

This is already mentioned here:

We're really sorry, but we're not familiar with such online builders.

Probably this one will help you to create a better banner:

@astghik I'm sorry but you're assumption is incorrect about the size. The image I uploaded is 3,000 X300 pixels.

I figured it out, the editor is reducing it automatically. If you knew how your program worked, you could have told me this 6 days ago and saved me a lot of time and hassle. {green}:serious:
