This makes conflict in plugin logic. It can't understand if this is a UserID or UserName. We'll try to add additional functions to make this possible, but you should wait for this addon next release.

Thanks again Tom! Truly appreciate your help. I do want to clarify my original statement in that the large majority of our users do NOT have numeric usernames. This is actually a new process that only currently effects about 2% of our user base.

Mentioning users with traditional usernames (rigo.zevada, jeff.mcgee, jason.pollock) still does not work.

So I understand if you are telling me that only users with numerical usernames don't work but that still does not explain why it doesn't work for anybody else, regardless of username.

Please let me know if I can provide any additional details that may help 🙂

Hey Tom - so this plugin does not work unless all of your users use only alpha-numeric usernames, despite WordPress not having those same restrictions?

Currently it doesn't support numeric usernames. At the moment this issue is under review. I'll update soon.

Hey Tom -- I see that there have been a few updates since this bug was logged. Any movement on this issue?
