Please be careful to read the answers. We've already answered your question, in this post. There is a plugin conflict or conflict with the current active theme. Once you find the reason of the issue, the code provided by us will work as expected and will display the number of privatised comment.

DID YOU READ CAREFULLY MY QUESTION? MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN I DISPLAY THE NUMBER OF PRITVITISED COMMENT.
SO, WHAT I WANT IS TO ONLY DISPLAY THE PRIVITISED COMMENT. NOT ALL THE COMMENT.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
In case if you want to show only the private comment count, then you should do it yourself. You should get the private type of the comment_type column from the wp_comments table and display it.
Please note the wp_ is just a WordPress database tables default prefix. In your case, the prefix can be different.
