I encountered this problem after upgrade v7.x
In the old version before, I do not need to reload the page after Approve/Delete/Trash...

Hi @hai991dk,
The page reloads only when you Approve/Unapprove the comment and it designed and work in this way.
In other cases Trash/Delete/Blacklist and etc it works without page reload.
