I already check all from the link. When I delete the wpdiscuz plugin, adding comments appears.

Ok, we fixed the issue. I see the wpDiscuz comment form on your post.
But I see problems with icons.
Could you please check your theme settings and disable your theme Font Awesome icon library. It works incorrectly and changes wpDiscuz icons with incorrect icons. if you don't find such option to disable, please contact to this theme support and ask them for help. wpDiscuz have already loaded the correct FA lib so your website will have all icons without the theme FA lib.
