I had a member that deleted their account by mistake and then signed up as a member again. They are asking if they can get their 'like' total set to what is was before they deleted the account. Is there a way an admin can set an individual members 'like' total. He previously had 511 likes.

Hi @johnnynumbers,

I'm sorry, but there are no options, that allow changing individual members 'like' total count. The only way is changing it in your Database. You need to change the meta_value for the current user_ID and wv_rating meta_key in the user_meta table. See screenshot:

Thank you.

Can you tell me where to find the file? I have been looking but have not found it yet.

I use  cPanel and I think I found something but it did not look like your screenshot.

I went to the meta_key 'wv_rating' and changed the value and it did change the members status back to the original status.

For each member, there are 20-30 lines containing meta_values and I found this in wp_95****_usermeta

Is this the same as what you did.

Note: I use Ultimate Member plugin
