I decided that I can't use wpforo due to the problem I linked below, I asked support but my problem was not resolved. If I can't use wpforo, it was a little ridiculous to pay for its plugin.

It hasn't been long since I bought the plugin and I wanted to request a refund early. I couldn't make any profit. therefore, asking for a refund will not cause any moral problems.

Wpforo is problematic for me and I am requesting a refund as I cannot use it as I planned. I will remove wpforo from wordpress. I would be glad if you help me.

Hi @tarik-bayar,

We've just checked and found the same cache report under the page content. So your cache plugin has not excluded forum pages. It just doesn't understand the configuration you've provided.

In other words, the problems you're mentioning are still coming from the cache plugin. We can login and fix this issue if you send login details to support[at]gvectors.com. If you don't need the help we can refund the addon. Please confirm.

Hi Tom;
Tried to get help with the problem here months ago and here last week. I still want help. After all, I'm trying to build something.

If you review the links above and look at my attached photos, we can see that the "Cache Plugin" is not the problem. Because I've already done what I was told.

/forum/*
/community/*
/participant/*
/sign-up/*
/sign-in/*
/change-password/*

,As above, I set the exclusions page. I even completely removed the "Cache Plugin" at first.

However, if you look at the links above, it seems very unlikely that the error is due to the "cache plugin".
1- The problem is solved after logging out of the account.
2- If I use Simplified Layout instead of Extended Layout, the problem is solved
3- If I go to a link that I know, not directly to the forum homepage, there is no problem. ETC (oyunda.org/forum/catagory/xyz)
4- There is no problem with the old theme.

When I realized these situations, I thought how it could be because of "Cache Plugin" and I couldn't find an answer.

No solution other than "Cache Plugin" was presented to me in the above links either. Yes, I tried but nothing worked, including uninstalling it.

Wpforo Admin, Chris, asked me to create an administrator account for him. He asked for help in my request for help months ago, but he could not log in. Now I created the account again and sent the login information to info(@)gvectors.com.

I always accept help. If you want to check it out, you can watch the video showing the situation I recorded for you from this link. Maybe it will help you understand better.

Thanks

Note: At the moment, the homepage of my forum site has disappeared again, I think one of you is logging in and checking with the information I gave. I hope it gets resolved.
Thanks.

Hi @tarik-bayar,

Chris found the problem maker, its jetpack plugin. Now trying to find the main reason(option/functionality, whatever it is) and a solution.

@kylew I use that plugin for detailed statistics. If that plugin is the problem, we can remove it. If you are doing research for yourself, you can continue. There are features that can be activated in that plugin. Maybe one of them is the problem.
