with wpForo I use the add on wpForo Advanced Attachments.
It has been installed on my site, after payment, and it is active
But unable to load updates; I have this message: "Automatic update is not available for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings page to activate your plugin."
How to do ?

The addon should be activated by the license key you've received with the order details. Please navigate to Forums > Settings admin page and find the addon activation form on the top. Then use your order activation key and activate it.
I paid for this addon, it is installed (?), but I never received a key for the license ..
Where did you buy the plugin?
If you bought it from us, please give us your order ID that we could find the activation key.
