I downloaded the zip file, uploaded it to my webpage, and then put in the activation code and enabled it but it still does not work. What do i do?

Hi @john-park,
The addon you've purchased is an integration addon for myCRED and wpForo plugins. So please, first install the myCRED plugin. Search myCRED in Dashboard > Plugins admin page and install it. The plugin page is this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mycred/
