For some reason for members who have been awarded a badge; on a Discuz comment between their profile image / name and the badge(s), extra details are being displayed with a broken-image image beside them.  Specifically the page name, and the badge(s) name(s), are shown, in text, above the badges. Otherwise the badges are displaying correctly (including mouse-over showing badge name)

Is there a known way to fix this?

Hi @activeimage,

Could you please leave an example URL to allow us to check it?

Unfortunately its a paid private members site so I'm not at liberty to share a url.  But here's a screenshot:

Additionally I've found if I turn off the Discuz MyCred add-on those two things (page & badge name) still appear even though the badges themselves don't.

Hi @activeimage,

It seems you've passed the incorrect image URLs. Please try to change the images and pass another.

Additionally I've found if I turn off the Discuz MyCred add-on those two things (page & badge name) still appear even though the badges themselves don't.

This may be the cache problem. Please delete all caches and press CTRL+F5 (twice) on the frontend.

Sorry, I don't understand what this means.

It seems you've passed the incorrect image URLs. Please try to change the images and pass another.

Isn't it just pulling them from MyCred? How would I change the images to stop this from happening?  They display perfectly in bbpress and buddypress, it's only on WP Discuz where this is happening.

Hi @activeimage,

We couldn't find such an issue on our test websites. This is something specific on your website. We'll need admin accesses to check it. If it possible, please send admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com to allow us to check it and provide some solution for you.
