We don't find such an issue on our test websites. This should be a configuration issue. Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

Yes, we see the duplicated badges. So we need the admin login details to check why on your website there is such an issue.

You should check the "Display earned Badges under comment author avatar" checkbox only for one hook.
