Maybe I am missing something. The media upload Icon (paperclip) says "Attach an image to this comment" I cannot find anywhere to add either, other link types icons like "Attach file" or "Attach video" or to be able to change the wording on the tool tip to indicate that they can upload other types of media beside just images.
