I am getting an error every time I try to upload a video. MP4 and MOV are not working. Could this be because I don't have HTTPS in my domain?

@james-wrench,

We're not able to check the issue as far as your website is under construction.

Please send the admin login detail to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

@james-wrench,

This is a result of wrong configurations. Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Comment Content and Media admin page, find the "Allowed File Types" section, and enable the file formats.

More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/comment-content-and-media/#allowed-file-types

Not the problem. I had them all checked off before you logged on for sure. Then somehow they were unchecked after you posted that comment. Weird. I checked them all back on and its still not working. Please have a look at this again.
