media uploader failed to open in andorid 7

When i tap on the upload audio and video icon on the comment form. it returns "no app can perform this action". please refer to the screen for example

The function is disabled on your android, you should enable it manually. here is an example for Whatsapp, but the idea is the same.:

This is a device configuration issue, you should enable photo camera for such actions in settings. This video shows an example for Whatsapp. There is no other changes in the addon core. This is not a bug to fix it.

how about the audio player? it shows

3 dots instead of the the player on mobile screen.,

I see it works on another screen. It seems this is a audio file specific issue or the extension is not allowed.
