Hello,
Media Uploader add-on doesn't load pictures. Tried tons of times and it loaded from time to time 1 picture instead of more actually trying to be loaded. Also, tried from different computers - the issue persists for all machines. So, I suppose that the problem is in the add-on itself.
I had complains of my clients before that they had troubles loading pictures from time to time but before it started work properly in a few minutes but now the problem persists.
How can it be fixed?
Thank you.
http://velesna.com/o/ - this is the site where Media upload is activated:
http://velesna.com/o/dz-1-tsik/ - this is the page where I am trying to load and it doesn't work.
I checked and I had previous versions of both wpDiscuz and Media Uploader.
Now I upgraded it to the last version http://prntscr.com/kxdizh but it doesn't help.
So, it means that previous and current versions have the same issue on my website.
About cache plugins: actually, nothing have beed changed on my website for months already. I mean that this morning wpDiscuz and Media Uploader worked fine and now they don't while nothing have been changed at all. I don't know any cache plugin on my website and truthfully I don't know what it is.
Maybe I can give you the access to my admin panel or ftp or anywhere needed? So, you can see from inside why it doesn't work. Or how to fix it?
Hi @vedavi,
We've started to check and everything is working fine now. Have you done any changes?
See testing comment here: http://velesna.com/o/dz-1-tsik/#comment-741
Hi Astghik,
I have done no changes at all. As I explained you upper that this issue happened from time to time but this time it lasted very long time. And also nothing was changed on the website when it happened before. So, I suppose that the reason is not within the website but within the plugin or add-on. Or it can't be?
Please, tell what do you think can be the reason of this problem? It is important because I use Media Uploader for paid classes and thus I really need that it works properly.
Thank you in advance!
Hi @vedavi,
This can be a server side issue. It seems at the time when this issue happened the server was overloaded.
So please immediately let us know when it will happen again.
Hi @Astghik,
Do you mean the server of my hosting plan or your server of the plugin and add-on?
I ask this because if it is the server of my hosting plan, then I will need to change it or I will write them and tell about this issue. Please, advice me your thoughts.
Thank you a lot!
Hi @Astghik,
Thank you for your answer.
I also have another problem which appears very often:
This error says that 'Forbidden file format jpg'. And there is nothing wrong with the file actually because when clients send me those files (when they can't load it to the comment) I load it to the comment without any problem and without changing anything in those files at all.
This issue happens very often with a lot of my clients.
Also, I receive regular complaints that they can't load anything from the phone and there is no error showing up just nothing happens along with no success in loading pictures.
What to do to solve those issues?
Thank you a lot!
Hi @vedavi,
Could you please provide as an example of such files? Also, please try to upload the image in our demo site.

Hi @Astghik,
I attach the file which my client couldn't upload on the website.
Actually, I did upload it but she couldn't do it, so she sent it to me to upload it. She said that she tried to do it from 2 different computers and 1 phone — no success.
I also sent her the link you gave of your testing website. When she confirms me that she has uploaded something there, I will let you know.
Thank you!
Hi @Astghik,
Here is my client's file which she tried to upload yesterday to my website http://velesna.com/o/dz-3-tsit/ and to your website http://wpdiscuz.com/addons/wpdiscuz-media-uploader/#comments
Both tries were unsuccessful and she received yesterday this error on your website
.
Here I attach the file which my client couldn't upload on the website.
So, it means that there are users (not all but some of them) who can't upload from there computers or phones to any website with Media Uploader add-on.
What can be the issue and what to do?
Thank you!
I don't know any cash plugin I use. I even don't know what is it.
I sent before login details to the website. It is still the same. Maybe it will be easier if you look in the admin panel to see the plugins I have. Or I can send you here the screenshot of all the plugins I have. What is more convenient for you that I should do?
