wpDiscuz - More AJAX, please, if possible

Could you please explain the mean of "when the moderator moves some comment(s) in the backend".

Also, please note that wpDiscuz has live update option. You can go to Dashboard > Live Update and turn it on: option - "always check and update comment list". So all changes with comments will be updated automatically within 30 sec.

Yes, I have tried "Live update" option, it works. But there is what I mean:

Imagine, you have a list of comments, which updates in realtime mode. New comments appear without refreshing of the page. But comments don't DISappear in realtime. For example, if the moderator removes some comment, the site visitor will still see it, it will be removed only after refresh of the page

This is a feature that would be great, the ability for removed comments to disappear in real time too.
