Hello, 

I have multisite and I need to create one form to show in all my sites. 

there is any way for doing it? now when I activate the plugin on each site I need to change the default form every time. 

can I create one form structure for all my websites?

I'm sorry, but there is no way to create one form for all sites. 

I suggest you use wpDiscuz Export/Import tool for this purpose. Please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Tools > Export options admin page. 
    • Click on the "Backup Options"
    • Click on the "Download Options"
  2. Navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Tools > Import options admin page.
    • Choose the downloaded options
    • Click on the "Import Options"
