Please, make sure you've allowed discussion under the post you're checking.

Also, as far as wee see wpDiscuz is not activated or it's turned off.

The activation is good. :

<= activate plugin

and

<= configuration is good.

The plugin doesn't works 🙁

I have cleared cache too.
