Is that possible to make 1 grid on computer version (for example comment grid with pages...)
And on mobile i need grid with Load more button. Is that possible?

1) mmm, i need breaking on pages comments on desktop. But on mobiles i need comments with load more button.
2) Or on one post i need i need breaking on pages comments. And on others i need to disable it.
May be some php solutions ....

What do you mean saying "breaking"? Do you mean the default pagination [1][2][3] buttons?
If so, it's not possible. There is no way to have different pagination types on different devices.
