Despite unclicking "Users must be registered and login" for comments, guests are still unable to comment on individual pages. Is there an additional layer of settings or code that I need to include to make sure all can leave comments? Thanks!

Please go to Dashboard > Comments > Forms admin page, edit Default Form and enable Guest commenting. Then save it delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 as a guest on post front-end.
