Hello,

I created a LMS website with Learndash and my student aren't seeing all the comments. All child comment are missing. When WPDiscuz is disabled, all comments are showing up so it's not a Comment Setting issue.

Admins can see all comments but students can't (but comment counter display the right number of comments). Maybe it's a capability issue ?

Thanks for your help.
Alex

Note : My website runs on WP 4.9.9 with PHP 7.0

Hello,

I already made those checks. In fact, when WPDiscuz is disabled, everything works properly.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this is a membership site. So the content is private. Maybe you want to access to the staging version in order to check it out ?

Contact me via email in order to get the credentials (alex@wpchef.fr). Thanks

Hello,

For whatever reason, everything is working fine now. Honestly, I don't know what happened (no update was deployed).

You ca n close this ticket
