Thank you @infotakedown-pl,

This is not wpDiscuz - Google ReCaptcha add-on issue, and couldn't be solved by our side.  Your website sends requests to Google, but it doesn't get any request. Probably it added your website in the blacklist or something like that.

Please ask the question in google reCAPTCHA support forum

Hi @infotakedown-pl,

1. Please delete the reCAPTCHA API Key, and create it again with V2 + Checkbox as it's shown on screenshot.

2. As far as I see you've installed other comment plugin which creates Tabs for the native comment and for Facebook comments. Could you please deactivate this plugin during the test? Please delete all caches and press Ctrl+F5 to reload changes.

Hi guys, for some reason again I have an issue with reCaptcha and people can't comment. They get to the moment where the system was almost accepting the comment but with the neverending loading process.

So again, we did the same trick as Tom just mentioned above, we created another V2 reCaptcha Key but now the system shows "Wrong captcha code". So basicly I got the point where we can turn recaptcha off, but that is not our goal.

Do You have any suggestion or maybe I could create an admin account for You on my WP, so someone could check it out please.

Thanks.

@infotakedown-pl,

Please leave some example URL to allow us to check the issue.

Hey @astghik , do You mean url of my website? Here is the topic with an error for example:

https://www.mmanews.pl/2020/03/naprawiamy-uszkodzone-komentarze/

Basically, nobody can add comments. Almost nobody except me, since probably it still works because of old cache or something. Everyone else get "wrong captcha code".

I hope this is what You wanted me to do. Let me know if You need something else.

@infotakedown-pl,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Addons > Google reCAPTCHA admin page, find the "Request method" option and change the value of the option to "CurlPost", delete all caches and check again.

If it doesn't help select the values one by one to find the request method that will work fine in your case.

Press CTRL+F5 (twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
