Dear Sir,

    i just installed this forum plugin but not able to see edit toolbar if you could help me please

cause i got only white blank area with no bar like yours

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with other plugins.

Please deactivate plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one.
