Hello,

We've bought a license for one website. Our developer has developed successfully on localhost, but when we push to the server it doesn't work. I'm assuming it's to do with the license and maybe because you only support one site for the $35 license?

See screenshots below.

Thanks

I think this is a migration issue. make sure you've migrated all data from the localhost. make sure wp_options table is complete moved. Also please make sure you use latest wpForo and wpForo User Custom Fields addon.

Thanks.

The dev assures me that all data has been migrated and that it's probably a license issue as it seems to be doing a license check on live. May it be because our staging website is on a different domain name?

Hello,

Please provide us support if you're going to sell us a premium plugin?

Thanks

I'm sorry but we don't provide support for data migration. But we can check all issues of our plugins for sure. We'd need admin login details for deeper checking and fixing your problem. please send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address.
