I have almost 700 tags, and i want to delete most of them to create more "juice" for the remaining.
With the addon is the number but not the tags.
How can i see all tags and delete those that i dont want ?

The update is coming today. You'll be able to paginate, go through all tags and delete whichever you want.

It's ready. You can update to 1.0.1 version. If you don't see the update yet. Go to Dashboard > Updates admin page and click the Check Update link.
